Before start using the WebCam,
make sure your = system=20 meets following requirements:

- OS Windows 2000, = Windows XP,=20 Server 2003
- Web Browser IE6.0, Netscape Navigator (with = limited=20 functionality)
- CPU Pentium 3, 600MHz (minimum)
- Memory = 128MB RAM=20 (minimum) 256MB RAM (recommended)
- Network=20 TCP/IP

Troubleshooting = WebCam
1.=20 Unable to run MPEG4 Encoder Viewer and WebCam RPB.
- Your IE = browser=EF=BF=BDs=20 security level setting may prevent WebCam components to be = downloaded to=20 your PC.
- Start IE browser and go to =EF=BF=BDTools / = Internet Options=EF=BF=BD / /=20 Security / Internet / Custom level =EF=BF=BD=20

- In Active X controls and plug-ins option, select Enable in = every=20 Active X option, then click OK.

- Click enable in Display video and animation (only = for IE=20 7).

- Wait wor a .cab file.

-Refresh web page.

2. If got a message "can't connect to = server" then=20 check
- Ports 4550 and 5550 were disabled in Firewall.
- = Ports 4550=20 and 5550 are occupied by another AP
- NAT port mapping is=20 incorrect
- Ethernet adapter (ADSL modem must be using PPP/SLIP = device)
- Web server changes download timing. (Dynamic Lan IP = =3D1 min,=20 Dynamic WAN IP =3D 5min)

- Login again and WebCam components should be downloaded=20 properly.
