Before start using the WebCam,
make sure your system meets following requirements:

- OS Windows 2000, Windows XP, Server 2003
- Web Browser IE6.0, Netscape Navigator (with limited functionality)
- CPU Pentium 3, 600MHz (minimum)
- Memory 128MB RAM (minimum) 256MB RAM (recommended)
- Network TCP/IP

Troubleshooting WebCam
1. Unable to run MPEG4 Encoder Viewer and WebCam RPB.
- Your IE browser’s security level setting may prevent WebCam components to be downloaded to your PC.
- Start IE browser and go to “Tools / Internet Options… / / Security / Internet / Custom level …

- In Active X controls and plug-ins option, select Enable in every Active X option, then click OK.

- Click enable in Display video and animation (only for IE 7).

- Wait wor a .cab file.

-Refresh web page.

2. If got a message "can't connect to server" then check
- Ports 4550 and 5550 were disabled in Firewall.
- Ports 4550 and 5550 are occupied by another AP
- NAT port mapping is incorrect
- Ethernet adapter (ADSL modem must be using PPP/SLIP device)
- Web server changes download timing. (Dynamic Lan IP =1 min, Dynamic WAN IP = 5min)
 

- Login again and WebCam components should be downloaded properly.

Неисправност при користењето на WebCam
1. Ако неможите да го стартувате MPEG4 Encoderot и WebCam се е до неправилното симнување на Active X компонентата.
- Вашиот security level setting не му овозможува на IE да ги симни компонентите на WebCam во вашиот PC.
- За да го искорегирате тоа во IE одете во  “Tools / Internet Options… / Security / Internet / Custom level …


- Во сите опции за Active X controls и plug-ins дозволете да се симнуваат или активираат.

- Во Display Video and animation Селектирајте Enable (само кај IE 7).

- Почекајте да се симни .cab фајлот

- Рефреширајте ја страната.

1. Ако добиете порака "can't connect to server"
- Портите 4550 и 5550 ослободете ги во вашиот Firewall.
- Портите 4550 и 5550 Ослободете ги од други апликации
- NAT port mapping не е подесен
- Мрежниот адаптер или модемот  (ADSL модемот мора да користи PPP/SLIP)
- Web server changes download timing. (Dynamic Lan IP =1 min, Dynamic WAN IP = 5min)

- Логирајте се повторно и WebCam би требало да функционира.

When all is OK, reset IE security on Default level.
